Terms and Conditions

ALL COURSE FEES INCLUDE

  • Personalized tuition of 15 – 20 – 25 – 30 hours per week*
  • Language assessment to identify the needs of the student and design a personalized language course
  • Study materials – Coursebook
  • Private Bedroom with desk
  • Shared bathroom – private bathroom on request
  • Full board for 6 days per week: breakfast, lunch, and dinner in your teacher’s home.
  • Intensive English courses are full board for 4 days (3 nights): breakfast, lunch, and dinner in your teacher’s home
  • Excursion with your teacher 2 times per week
  • Wi-Fi internet access

NOT INCLUDED

  • Travel to/from the UK
  • Airport transfers. This can be arranged at an extra cost
  • Entrance fees to museums, exhibitions, cinema, theatre etc.
  • Excursions fees – adults must pay for both themselves and the teacher
  • Travel expenses during your stay
  • Extra lessons : £ 60 per Hour
  • Additional Night: £ 85 per Night

Payment

A deposit of 25% is required in order to book a course.  The full course fee must be paid no less than four weeks before the start date of the course. If payment is not made by the required dates then the course can be canceled.

Cancellations/Alterations

Notification of cancellations or changes to the course should be made in writing. A £ 200 fee will be charged for course cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start date of the course. If cancellations are made with less than 4weeks notice, then this will result in the loss of the full course fee. There will be no refunds if the student arrives late or leave the course early. London Home Tuition reserves the right to charge additional fees for alterations to courses.
